After 50 years in business in Yavapai County, we remain the only locally owned and operated title facility in the County. We are committed to maintaining our complete title operations here in the County and not outsourcing overseas.  We recognize that performing this vital function locally not only assures the ultimate in expertise, but keeps those salaries in our community to benefit our local economy. We pay property taxes just as you do – owning our own property in Prescott, Prescott Valley, Chino Valley, Cottonwood and Sedona. We are strong financial supporters of all holiday functions, local events and charities.           Yavapai Title Agency was founded in 1963 and is owned by the Newlon family, who own a home in Prescott. Now in its 49^th year, Yavapai Title has 8 offices throughout the county and is a full service company. We strive to meet the high standards set forth in our motto -  “Where excellence is tradition”. We utilize the latest in technology and constantly seek to innovate to improve service and professionalism.
