Yavapai Title Agency, Yavapai County’s hometown title agency and real estate resource since 1963, is pleased to announce that vice president Danny Sullivan and vice president/chief title officer Brenda Martinez were both awarded the Arizona Land Title Professional (ALTP) designation by the Land Title Association of Arizona (LTAA) during the Annual State Convention, which was held in Tucson in September.

This is LTAA’s first class of designees, and only 20 total individuals across Arizona were awarded the designation. They were selected by the ALTP designation committee based on meeting the following qualifications:

  • At least five years’ experience in the title industry
  • Having continued education of the industry through our state title and escrow associations and the American Land Title Association
  • Substantial industry involvements and membership in the Title Action Network
  • Two letters of reference from title industry related professionals

“We both are very proud and honored to represent our industry with the ALTP designation,” said Sullivan. “This only goes to show that our representatives at Yavapai Title are among the best of the best.”

Sullivan is a past-president of the Land Title Association of Arizona, and Martinez has been a valued member of the Yavapai Title family for nearly 40 years. Additionally, Martinez serves on the board of the Central Arizona Partnership. Sullivan is on the board of the Greater Prescott Regional Economic Partnership. Together, Sullivan and Martinez have a combined total of more than 75 years of experience in the industry.
